Contract-to-hire assignments allow employers the flexibility of evaluating a potential employee before extending a permanent offer. Under this scenario, the individual works as an employee of RMG until such time that the client offers permanent employment.


Direct Hire

 

For client firms needing to fill permanent positions, RMG works on your behalf to identify, screen, interview and refer qualified candidates. These services are available on a retained-agency or contingency-hire basis.
